Deliveries are scheduled once payment is received (card) or the bank transfer is credited. Aggregates and fill: same or next working day within Limassol district. Hot-mix asphalt: by prior arrangement with the plant, minimum 24 hours' notice; asphalt is not returnable.
The customer must ensure safe access for a 4-axle tipper (approx. 32 t gross, 3.5 m wide, 4 m high) or an articulated tipper. If our driver judges access unsafe, the load may be tipped at the nearest safe point or returned; return haulage is charged.
Every load is weighed on a calibrated weighbridge. The weighbridge ticket is the definitive record of tonnage delivered. Delivered quantity may vary by up to 3% from the ordered quantity; invoices are adjusted to the ticket weight.
The customer or their representative signs the delivery note on site. A signed delivery note, together with the weighbridge ticket and GPS log of the vehicle, is our proof of delivery.
Ex-works collection from our yard is available for paid orders during Mon–Fri 07:00–17:00, Sat 07:00–13:00.
