What we collect and why

• Quote and order data (company, contact name, phone, email, site address, VAT number): to prepare quotes, invoices and deliveries. Legal basis: performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps. Kept for 7 years under Cyprus tax and company law.
• Payment data: card details are entered on our acquirer's secure page and never reach our servers. We receive only a transaction reference, the last four digits and the result. Bank-transfer details appear on our bank statement. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Delivery records (signed delivery notes, weighbridge tickets, vehicle GPS logs): to prove delivery and handle disputes. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Kept for 7 years.
• Technical logs (IP address, user agent) on our hosting provider (Cloudflare): security and fraud prevention. Kept for 30 days.

Recipients

Our card acquirer and bank (for payments), our hauliers (delivery address and contact only), our accountants and auditors, and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell or share data for marketing.

Transfers outside the EEA

Hosting and email may involve processors outside the EEA under EU standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, by email to support@[yourdomain].com. You may complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).

Cookies

This site uses only strictly necessary storage: a flag recording that you closed the cookie notice, and session data needed to complete a quote or payment. No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set. Our acquirer's payment page sets its own necessary cookies during checkout, described in its privacy notice.
