Aggregates, road-base and fill: cancel free of charge up to 12:00 on the working day before the scheduled delivery, by email to support@[yourdomain].com quoting the invoice number. A full refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 working days (card) or 3 working days (bank transfer).
Hot-mix asphalt: produced to order and cannot be cancelled once the plant has confirmed production, normally 24 hours before delivery. Cancellation after that point is charged in full.
If a vehicle has been loaded or dispatched, the customer pays haulage both ways and a 20% restocking charge on the material; the balance is refunded.
If delivery cannot be made because the site is inaccessible, closed or nobody is present to sign, the load may be returned and haulage both ways is charged.
If the wrong product is delivered, or material is outside the stated standard, notify us within 24 hours (hidden defects: 7 days) with photos and the delivery-note number. We will replace the material or refund it in full, including haulage. Returned material must not have been incorporated, mixed or contaminated.
Invoices are adjusted to the weighbridge ticket. Any overpayment is refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days.
Card payments are refunded to the same card only. Bank-transfer payments are refunded to the paying account only. We never refund to a different account or in cash.
