Version 2026-09-12. These terms apply to every order placed with [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] LTD ("the Supplier").
The Supplier sells to businesses, sole traders and public bodies acting in the course of their trade. By ordering, the customer confirms it is not a consumer. Consumer-protection rights (including the 14-day withdrawal right under the Consumer Rights Law) do not apply.
Prices on the website are indicative and exclude VAT and haulage. A pro-forma invoice issued by the Supplier is a binding offer valid for 7 days. An order is accepted when payment is received or, for approved trade accounts, when the Supplier confirms the order in writing.
All prices are in euro. VAT at the applicable Cyprus rate (currently 19%) is added. Haulage is charged per delivery zone as stated on the invoice.
Payment is by Visa or Mastercard through the Supplier's licensed acquirer, or by SEPA bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice. Card payments are limited to €2,000.00 per invoice. The cardholder must be an authorised signatory or employee of the invoiced company; the customer indemnifies the Supplier against any dispute raised by the cardholder. The Supplier's card descriptor is "[SHORT NAME] LTD LIMASSOL". Trade accounts are payable within the agreed term; late payment bears interest at the statutory rate.
Delivery is as described in the Delivery policy. Risk passes on tipping at the delivery point or on loading at collection. The weighbridge ticket is conclusive evidence of quantity. The customer must inspect the material on delivery and note any objection on the delivery note; claims not raised within 24 hours of delivery are waived, save for hidden defects notified within 7 days.
Title passes on receipt of full payment. Until then the Supplier may recover unincorporated material.

Materials are supplied to the stated European standard. Natural products vary in colour and grading within the standard's tolerances; such variation is not a defect.
The Supplier's liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the affected material. The Supplier is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, delay caused by weather, plant breakdown, road closures or force majeure. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of [Limassol], Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction.
